Nasze wymagania
- doctoral degree in management, economics, or related social science field; applications may also be submitted by PhD students in the final stage of their doctoral studies;
- teaching experience, including working with online students;
- experience in developing and applying innovative teaching method;
- English Proficiency: Proven C1-level knowledge (CEFR standard);
- Polish Proficiency: Documented B2-level proficiency (CEFR standard);
- proficiency in Ms Teams;
- knowledge of remote work tools (e.g. MIRO, Socrative, Mural);
- willingness to engage with industry and professional bodies to enrich courses thought by the Department;
- strong communication and teamwork skills;
- respect for diversity and personal culture;
- readiness to indicate KU as the first place of work.
Mile widziane
- English Proficiency (CEFR standard); documented C2-level;
- Polish Proficiency (CEFR standard); certified C1-level;
- non-academic experience related to research and teaching;
- experience in an academic environment;
- active membership in academic associations;
Zakres obowiązków
- full-time work for the position in the academic year (300 teaching hours per year),
- teaching in Polish and English, at the undergraduate and graduate levels,
- supervisingstudent organizations and projects,
- performing administrative tasks defined by the Head of the Department.
