Competition for a
Research Assistant / Non-EU Migrant Survey Recruiter and Survey Interviewer
(without teaching load) position in the research project (no. 101132476)
entitled “Link4Skills”, carried out within the framework of the European Union Research and Innovation Programme 2021–27 Horizon Europe

Nasze wymagania
- Master’s degree in social sciences or migration studies recognized in the Polish system of education;
- Field research or outreach experience;
- Understanding of research ethics and GDPR compliance, particularly in relation to data protection and participant consent within EU-funded projects
- Knowledge of English at least at the C1 level
- having a valid work permit or the right to work in Poland provided under other regulations;
- the ability to start the employment in December 2024 or as soon as possible after that date
Mile widziane
- Experience with data collection tools; experience in working in research projects; knowledge of Filipino at least at the B2 level and familiarity with Horizon Europe’s data management protocols will be an added advantage.
Zakres obowiązków
- Participant Recruitment: Identify and recruit non-EU migrant participants highly and medium-skilled, particularly Filipinos, using culturally appropriate, ethical approaches in line with Horizon Europe standards.
- Interviewing and Data Collection: Conduct surveys questionnaires with participants to gather data.
- Data Integrity and Compliance: Maintain secure, accurate records of participant interactions and data collected, following the ethical and data management standards outlined in the Link4Skills project.
- Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with the research team to ensure data quality and contribute to project reporting requirements under Horizon Europe.
- Other tasks: carrying out other tasks as requested by the Scientific Coordinator.
