Opis stanowiska
Competition as part of the OPUS project entitled: “Metal-organic frameworks for efficient carbon dioxide capture from water”.
Nasze wymagania
- a PhD in chemistry, obtained before the start date of employment,
- significant scientific achievements (documented by publications from the JCR list),
- experience in the design and synthesis of metal-organic frameworks (MOFs),
- knowledge of MOF material characterisation techniques, including at least powder diffraction (PXRD), spectroscopic techniques (FT-IR, NMR, UV-vis), sorption techniques (in particular gas physisorption) and material imaging (optical microscopy, SEM, EDS).
- knowledge of English at least at B2 level or equivalent,
- creative approach to problem solving, ability to work in international and research teams, conscientiousness and communication skills, high motivation for scientific work,
- ability to independently prepare manuscripts of scientific articles,
- experience in managing a chemical laboratory.
Mile widziane
- experience in designing and performing covalent post-synthetic modifications of MOFs,
- experience in mentoring students,
- a PhD in chemistry obtained no earlier than 12 years before the date of employment (required at the latest at the start of employment).
