Opis stanowiska
Kozminski University is a non-public higher education institution with a broad business profile (management, finance and economics, and law), recognized as the best business school in Central and Eastern Europe according to the „Financial Times” rankings. The Perspektywy national ranking also deems KU as a vice-leader among business universities in Poland, and for many years, the institutions has been ranked first among non-public institutions. KU also has the three most important international business education accreditations, comprising the so-called „Triple Crown”: EQUIS, AMBA, and AACSB. Only 1 percent of business schools worldwide have accomplished this honor. KU is the first and, so far, the only university in Poland to have set the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Nasze wymagania
- PhD (or equivalent) in Accounting or Finance or a closely related discipline.Doctoral students near completion of their degree are also welcome to apply,
- experience of teaching at undergraduate or/and graduate level,
- availability to conduct classes on weekdays and weekends, also afternoons and evenings - according to the needs of the study program,
- proficiency in Polish language at least at C1 level or higher according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages),
- readiness to conduct lectures in Polish and English (including for foreign students),
- reliability, independence of thought, creativity, and strong analytical skills,
- openness to collaboration and effective communication skills,
- profiles on major social media (LinkedIn, Researchgate) or readiness to set them up,
- readiness to declare Kozminski University as the primary place of employment.
Mile widziane
- professional qualifications or membership in relevant accounting/auditing bodies,
- practical experience in financial audit and/or financial reporting, and/or corporate control,
- a recognized teaching qualification in higher education or evidence of professional recognition in academia,
- proficiency in English at least at level B2 (according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages), allowing for teaching in this language,
- publication record in financial audit and/or financial reporting and/or corporate control/finance appropriate to career stage.
Zakres obowiązków
- Teach across various undergraduate and postgraduate programs, using innovative pedagogical methods and technologies.
- Supervise master’s students, providing academic guidance and mentorship.
- Actively contribute to the university community through service roles, including committee participation and working groups.
- Enhance the societal impact of academic work through public engagement, knowledge exchange, or partnerships with industry and non-academic organizations.
