Opis stanowiska

The candidate should be able to work in a team, be involved in research, and have scientific inquisitiveness.
They should be reliable in conducting scientific research, adhere to scientific ethics principles, and maintain good research practices.
In addition, they should be willing to improve their scientific competence, have the ability to disseminate the results of research work and participate in the scientific life of the academic community.

Nasze wymagania

  • a PhD degree in the discipline of automation, electronics, electrical engineering, and space technologies or equivalent,
  • documented knowledge of English at a B2 level or higher,
  • fluency in Polish, both spoken and written, sufficient to: a. communicate freely with other research team members, b. present work progress during symposia, meetings, and scientific conferences, c. prepare teaching materials (instructions, scripts), d. conduct teaching sessions (laboratories, lectures), e. candidates who are not Polish citizens should submit a certificate of Polish language profi-ciency at a minimum C1 level.
  • predisposition to conduct research,
  • preparation for teaching at a higher education institution,
  • scientific, teaching, and organizational achievements,
  • active participation in conferences and symposia,
  • ability to design and program mobile robotics systems and/or,
  • ability to design and program autonomous systems and/or,
  • knowledge of the Linux operating system and/or,
  • knowledge of the Robot Operating System (ROS) and/or,
  • knowledge of C and C++ programming languages or another programming language and/or,
  • knowledge of MATLAB and/or LABVIEW programming environments and/or,
  • ability to design and program microprocessor systems and/or,
  • ability to design programmable systems, including FPGAs and/or,
  • ability to construct high-performance control and measurement systems and/or,
  • knowledge of TOF systems (lidars, TOF cameras).

Dokumenty wymagane do rekrutacji

  • application, CV, personal questionnaire,
  • a document confirming English language knowledge at B2 level (or higher),
  • candidates who are not Polish citizens should attach a certificate of Polish language proficiency at least at C1 level,
  • a copy of the PhD diploma and copies of other certificates confirming qualifications,
  • a list of scientific achievements resulting from higher education, studies at a doctoral school, doctoral studies or professional work (list of publications, research and development studies, patents, participation in conferences, etc.) and organizational achievements (list of functions performed in the past and present),
  • opinion on previous scientific or professional work.
