Nasze wymagania

the candidate must hold a doctoral degree (PhD) in the discipline of management and quality sciences, economics and finance, or a related field,
experience in conducting research in the fields of marketing and consumer behaviour,
analytical skills for interpreting data and drawing meaningful conclusions,
knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytical software,
verbal and written communication skills,
creativity and innovation in developing marketing strategies and content,
experience in leading or participating in research projects,
ability to work both independently and as part of a team,
scientific achievements confirmed by publications in Scopus Q1 journals,
organizational accomplishments and active participation in conferences and symposia,
documented knowledge of the English language at a minimum B2 level, in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) of the Council of Europe.

Mile widziane

experience in conducting scientific research on Asian markets,
experience working at foreign universities or in international research teams,
experience in implementing research grants,
competence in conducting quantitative and qualitative research,
participation as a reviewer or member of editorial boards of international journals.
