Opis stanowiska
We are seeking an independent scholar with a proven research track record, capable of conducting advanced research, publishing in recognized academic journals, and contributing to externally funded research projects, within a research‑oriented academic environment that supports long‑term scholarly development.
Nasze wymagania
- PhD degree in management, economics, or related social science field; PhD students near completion of their PhD are also welcome to apply;
- publications in peer-reviewed national and international scientific journals;
- precise publication strategy in the relevant discipline journals;
- publication record, with publications in English, including articles, editing, or authorship of scientific monographs;
- clearly defined plans for submitting research grants and funding opportunities;
- experience in research presentation at conferences;
- teaching experience, including working with online students;
- English Proficiency: Proven C1-level knowledge (CEFR standard) sufficient to conduct classes in that language;
- Polish Proficiency: Documented B2-level proficiency (CEFR standard) sufficient to conduct classes in that language;
- willingness to engage with industry and professional bodies to enrich courses thought by the Department;
- strong communication and teamwork skills;
- respect for diversity and personal culture;
- knowledge of the use of Office365 and Microsoft Teams;
- knowledge of remote work tools (e.g. MIRO, Socrative, Mural);
- experience in developing and applying innovative teaching methods;
- experience in teaching, using online techniques;
- readiness to indicate KU as the first place of work.
Mile widziane
- experience in the practice and teaching of statistics is welcome;
- active membership in academic associations;
- experience in an academic environment;
- non-academic experience related to research and teaching;
- practical experience in teaching, using online techniques.
Zakres obowiązków
- conducting research in the scientific area agreed with the Head of the Department (such us contemporary labor, organization and management theory);
- supervising students, including didactic support and academic mentoring;
- teaching in Polish and English, at the undergraduate and graduate levels;
- active participation in research projects in line with the objectives and strategy of the department;
- conducting seminars and supervising students undergraduate and master’s degree (such as Qualitative Research Methods and Contemporary Theories of Management);
- performing administrative tasks defined by the Head of the Department.

Dokumenty wymagane do rekrutacji
- CV, cover letter, copy of the diploma (scan), in the case of PhD students, information on the planned date of obtaining the PhD;
- a list of publication plans in the area of research interests,
- a list of teaching experiences;
- description of research plans for the next three years;
- certificate language or, if applicable, a declaration of knowledge of English and Polish, indicating the level of proficiency determined in accordance with the European System for the Description of Language Education.
