Opis stanowiska
The XAICancer project aims to create high performance interpretable deep learning models for cancer diagnosis and prognosis. To do so, we will develop novel algorithms (Vision Transformers, Self-supervised Learning, Explainable AI, and others) and train machine learning models for cancer images (CT and PET/CT scans). The post-doc position involves developing cutting edge ML methods for medical imaging data, collaborating with interdisciplinary and international teams, and disseminating research products through publications, conferences, and open source software packages
Nasze wymagania
- the competition may be entered by candidates who meet the conditions set out in art. 113 of the Law on Higher Education and Science of July 20, 2018 (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1571, as amended);
- at the moment of employment, the candidate must hold a PhD degree in either mathematics or informatics;
- significant scientific achievements;
- plan for future research activities;
- international experience.
Zakres obowiązków
- selected candidate will work on developing self-supervised learning methods and training a deep learning model for medical images.
