1. PhD degree in technical sciences in the discipline of materials engineering;
2. academic achievements supported by scientific publications in the field of ceramic, especially in the field of structural covalent materials;
3. skills to use equipment for laser processing of ceramic materials;
4. active participation in scientific conferences;
5. English language skills at minimum B2 level;
