Nasze wymagania
- master’s degree in economics or sociology or computer science or management or data science recognized in the Polish system of education;
- experience in research or analytical work;
- knowledge of AI tools and techniques and their application in research;
- experience in conducting meta-analyses;
- knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis;
- knowledge of Polish at least at the C1 level in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages
- knowledge of English at least at the C1 level (both spoken and written) in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages
- ability to work in a team and good communication skills;
- ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving;
- having a valid work permit or the right to work in Poland provided under other regulations;
- the ability to start the employment at the beginning of September 2024 or as soon as possible after that date;
Zakres obowiązków
- conducting research and analysis on the impact of automation on the labour market
- using AI tools and techniques to perform meta-analyses;
- preparing reports and presentations of research findings;
- collaborating with the project team and external research partners;
- participating in seminars, workshops, and other project-related events;
- participating in preparing at least one academic journal article;
- monitoring trends and developments in automation and AI;
- carrying out other tasks as requested by the Scientific Coordinator.
