Opis stanowiska
The hired person will be responsible for conducting educational activities and participating in research conducted within the Department of Integrated Geodesy and Cartography.
The department currently conducts research related, among other things, to the impact of cadastral data quality on the broader real estate management and related fields, including property taxation, real estate valuation, and spatial planning.
Preferred candidates are individuals with publications in the fields of cadastre, real estate management, property taxation, and real estate valuation. Professional qualifications in geodesy and cartography (scope 1 or 2) or in real estate appraisal are required. Knowledge of statistical modeling tools and geodetic and geoinformation software will be an additional asset.

- document confirming knowledge of English at a level of at least B2 (for candidates whose native language is not English),
- document confirming knowledge of Polish at a level of at least C1 (for candidates whose native language is not Polish), in the case of foreigners, a document confirming knowledge of Polish at least at C-1 level.
