Zakres obowiązków

• 1) Genomics data analysis for iBLESS, ChIA-PET, ChIA-Drop, Hi-C and HiChIP experimental data
• 2) Three-dimensional computational modeling using ChIA-PET, ChIA-Drop, Hi-C and HiChIP experimental data
• 3) Statistical analysis of epigenomic data, ATAC-seq, ChIP-seq, RNA-seq experimental data
• 4) Validation and benchmarking of AI-driven bioinformatics models using molecular docking and molecular dynamics simulations
• 5) Computational modeling and analysis of protein-ligand-RNA-DNA interactions using tools such as GLIDE, AutoDock, RxDock, DOCK 6, LeDock, GOLD
• 6) Application and development of explainable AI methods to elucidate biomolecular interaction mechanisms
• 7) Statistical and computational analysis of molecular dynamics data using OpenMM and similar open-source libraries
• General Duties:
• a) Interpretation and integration of AI-generated results with biophysical knowledge;
• b) Analyzing the simulations results, formulating biophysical hyphothesis;
• c) Commitment and full-time effort to the project;
• d) Initiative in identifying and resolving problems relating to the research;
• e) Management of his or her work efficiently and increase the visibility through the publications;
• f) Active participation in weekly lab meetings, scientific seminars and international conferences;
• g) Publications and individual Young Researchers grants preparation
