The Rector of Collegium Civitas
announces an open competition for the position of:
Assistant professor at the Department of Management
at Collegium Civitas
Place of work: Warsaw
The person employed at the position of assistant professor will be tasked with performing research, teaching, as well as organisational and administrative activities at Collegium Civitas. A detailed scope of responsibilities and skills will be determined on an individual basis once the competition procedure ends.
Requirements:
- doctoral degree in the field of social sciences, economic sciences or management;
- publications (list of scientific publications);
- list of research projects / grants (finished or ongoing);
- experience in conducting classes, also in English;
- very good knowledge of Polish and English;
- good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team;
- readiness to develop teaching and research skills;
- readiness to fully participate in college life at Collegium Civitas, administrative work in the Department of
Management and organisational work at university units.
We expect candidates to present a scientific development plan at a national and international level.
The following will be appreciated:
- knowledge of the IT sector and the nature of work in a social media environment;
- skills in preparing scientific, educational or implementation projects;
- projects and activities implemented so far in the field of science and higher education.
The final deadline for submitting documents (CV and cover letter) is 12:00, on 5 March 2021.

The date of receipt by the university shall apply.
The competition will be divided into two stages:
- evaluation of written applications;
- interview with selected candidates.
The competition will end by 19 April 2021.
A Committee is established for the duration of the Competition composed of:
- dr hab. Małgorzata Baran, prof. CC,
- dr Katarzyna Iwińska,
- dr Roland Zarzycki.
The competition may be cancelled by the Rector of Collegium Civitas at any time without justification.
