The Rector of Collegium Civitas

announces an open competition for the position of Assistant

at the Department of Management

at Collegium Civitas

The person employed at the position of assistant will be tasked with performing research, teaching, as well as organisational and administrative activities at Collegium Civitas. A detailed scope of responsibilities and skills will be determined on an individual basis once the competition procedure ends.

Requirements:

  • MA in the field of management or economic sciences;
  • presentation of a planned or ongoing doctoral project;
  • predisposition to conduct classes;
  • readiness to develop teaching and research skills;
  • very good knowledge of Polish and English;
  • good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team;
  • readiness to fully participate in college life at Collegium Civitas and organisational work at university units.

 

The following will be appreciated:

  • scientific results (publications, presentations at conference, implemented or ongoing grants);
  • projects and activities implemented so far in the field of science and higher education.

 

The final deadline for submitting documents (CV and cover letter) is 12:00, on 5 March 2021. Documents need to be submitted to the Rector’s Office (room 1224) or sent by post. The date of receipt by the university shall apply.

 

The competition will be divided into two stages:

  1. evaluation of written applications;
  2. interview with selected candidates.

The competition will end by 19 April 2021.

A Committee is established to adjudicate the Competition, which makes its decision by way of simple majority.

The competition may be cancelled by the Rector of Collegium Civitas at any time without justification.
