ogłasza konkurs na stanowisko adiunkta
Grupa pracowników: badawcza.
Dyscyplina naukowa: archeologia.
Liczba stanowisk: jedno.
Planowany okres zatrudnienia: umowa na czas nieokreślony od dnia 1 stycznia 2022
Warunki konkursu:
Od kandydata na to stanowisko wymaga się spełnienia wymagań, o których mowa
w Ustawie Prawo o szkolnictwie wyższym i nauce (Dz. U. 2021 r. poz. 478
ze zmianami), a ponadto wymagane jest:
1. posiadanie stopnia doktora habilitowanego w dyscyplinie archeologia;
2. co najmniej 10 letnie doświadczenie w kierowaniu badaniami archeologicznymi i konserwatorskimi prowadzonymi na stanowiskach rzymskich i bizantyńskich;
3. co najmniej 10-letnie doświadczenie w prowadzeniu badań archeologicznych na obszarze Bliskiego Wschodu, znajomość formalnych procedur , specyfiki pracy i lokalnych zwyczajów oraz języka arabskiego w stopniu komunikatywnym .
Określenie podstawowych obowiązków:
Prowadzenie badań archeologicznych i konserwatorskich oraz publikacja ich wyników
Realizacja innych zadań zleconych przez kierownika Zakładu Studiów Afrykańskich CAŚ UW.
Realizacja innych zadań zleconych przez dyrektora CAŚ UW.

Konkurs zostanie rozstrzygnięty do dnia 15 listopada 2021 r. Konkurs jest pierwszym etapem określonej w Statucie UW procedury zatrudniania na stanowisku nauczyciela akademickiego, a jego pozytywne rozstrzygnięcie stanowi podstawę do dalszego postępowania. O wynikach konkursu kandydaci zostaną powiadomieni drogą mailowa.
CAŚ UW zastrzega sobie prawo przesunięcia terminu rozstrzygnięcia konkursu oraz przeprowadzenia rozmów kwalifikacyjnych z wybranymi kandydatami. O terminach rozmów kandydaci zostaną poinformowani indywidualnie.

a competition for the position of an adjunct
Group of employees: research.
Discipline: archaeology.
Number of positions: one.
Planned employment : permanent contract from 1st of 2022
Competition requirements:
The successful candidate will fill the requirements explicated of the Higher Education Law (Law Journal 2021, item 478 amended), and will have the following:
doctor with habilitation degree in discypline archaeology
at least 10 years experience in leading of archaeological and conservation project
of Roman and Byzantine sites;
3. at least 10 years of experience in carrying out archaeological research in Middle
East, knowledge of formal procedures, specifics of work and local custom . Communicative knowledge of the Arabic language
Key responsibilities include:
1. Conducting archaeological and conservation research and publication of its results
2. Carrying out tasks assigned by the head of the Department of African Studies of the PCMA UW.
3. Carrying out other tasks assigned by the director of the PCMA UW.

The results of the competition will be announced by 15.11.2021. It is the first stage of the employment process for academic teachers set down in the UW Statute; a positive result is essential to proceed further. The candidates will be informed about the ean of the Faculty. The candidates will be informed about the results of selection procedure by e-mail.
PCMA UW reserves the right to change the competition deadline and to interview selected candidates. Candidates will be informed individually about their interview dates.
