The Rector of Collegium Civitas
announces an open competition for the position of:
Professor at the Department of Management
at Collegium Civitas
Place of work: Warsaw
The person employed at the position of professor will be tasked with performing research, teaching, as well as organisational and administrative activities at Collegium Civitas. A detailed scope of responsibilities and skills will be determined on an individual basis once the competition ends.
Requirements:
- DSc (doktor habilitowany) degree in the field of social sciences, economic sciences or management;
- significant body of publications (list of scientific publications);
- list of research projects / grants (finished or ongoing);
- experience in managing research projects and/or leading research teams;
- experience in conducting classes, also in English;
- very good knowledge of Polish and English;
- good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team;
- ability to prepare research and higher education projects (at the national and international level);
- readiness to develop teaching and research skills;
- readiness to fully participate in college life at Collegium Civitas (including the Department of Management) and organisational work at university units.
We expect candidates to present a scientific development plan at a national and international level.
The ability to prepare and experience in implementing educational or implementation projects will be appreciated.

The competition will be divided into two stages:
- evaluation of written applications;
- interview with selected candidates.
The competition will end by 19 April 2021.
A Committee is established for the duration of the Competition composed of:
- dr hab. Małgorzata Baran, prof. CC,
- dr Katarzyna Iwińska,
- dr Roland Zarzycki.
The competition may be cancelled by the Rector of Collegium Civitas at any time without justification.
