Nasze wymagania
- proficiency in the Python programming language,
- proficiency with sentiment analysis,
- competence in English at least at the C1 level*, o * in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages
- education: computer science preferred, quantitative methods or other exact sciences permissible – at the Master or PhD level
- • having obtained the academic degree of PhD (PL: “doktor”) at a different higher education institution than Kozminski University, not earlier than 7 years before the year of becoming employed within the framework of the project. (*(*) This period may be extended by a time of long-term (in excess of 90 days) documented sick leaves or rehabilitation leaves granted on account of being unfit to work. In addition, the period may be extended by the number of months of a child care leave granted pursuant to the Labour Code and in the case of women, by 18 months for every child born or adopted, whichever manner of accounting for career breaks is preferable. ),
- PhD diploma recognised in the Polish system of education,
- having a valid work permit or the right to work in Poland provided under other regulations and the ability to start the employment in April 2025 or as soon as possible after that date
Zakres obowiązków
- developing machine learning tools for combating disinformation,
- performing social network analysis,
- collaborating with the Principal investigator,
- disseminating research findings, writing scientific papers,
- carrying out other tasks as requested by the Principal investigator.
Oferujemy
- an opportunity of full-time employment based on a contract of employment for a period up to the end of the project (planned project completion date: 2026-11-29)
- remuneration within the framework of the project is approximately 8 250 PLN gross per month,

- employment is planned to start in April 2025 or as soon as possible after that date.

- a CV in Polish or English containing a list of publications,
- a motivational letter,
- a scanned copy of the PhD diploma,
- • a declaration of knowledge of English language indicating the level of proficiency in this language (determined in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) in the application form
- any documents proving the applicant’s familiarity with the skills specified in the requirements are welcome (e.g. training completion certificates, testimonials);
