Nasze wymagania

master's degree in sociology, psychology, management, or related fields,
documented experience in conducting training, workshops, or academic classes,
expertise in Customer Experience (CX), consumer behavior, and marketing research (qualitative and quantitative),
publications in scientific or industry journals (recommended),
experience in managing research projects or market research agencies (recommended),
experience in working with business in the area of customer service strategies and consumer insights,
proven ability to design and conduct classes in Polish (C1) and willingness to teach in English (B2 or higher),
knowledge of tools supporting research and teaching (Office365, Teams, statistical software),
open-mindedness, teamwork skills, creativity, and motivation,
availability readiness to indicate KU as the first place of work

Mile widziane

experience as a trainer and mentor,
editorial or publishing achievements (e.g., textbooks, case studies),
experience in the field of trend analysis, customer satisfaction research, and generational studies,
internships at foreign universities / lectures delivered abroad.

conducting classes in the following areas: Marketing Research, Marketing Analytics, Consumer Behaviour and similar
full time or part-time employment with a full teaching load of 300 hours per academic year (full time),
active participation in the development of study programs and teaching materials,
cooperation with student organizations and participation in university events,
performing administrative tasks defined by the Head of the Department.

full-time employment with a full teaching load of 300 hours or part time employment with a full teaching load of 150 teaching hours
