Nasze wymagania
- Both positions: specified publication plans,
- Assistant Professor: doctoral degree in the field of economics, finance or management,
- Assistant Professor: a proven track of publications in journal listed in Scopus or Web of Science (preferably with an assigned impact factor),
- Assistant Professor: teaching experience,
- Both positions: knowledge of English at least at the C1 level, as defined in the European System for the Description of Languages, allowing to teach classes in English,
- Both positions: knowledge of the Polish language at least at the B2 level,
- Both positions: openness to cooperation, communication skills,
- Both positions: availability to conduct classes on selected days of the week and on some weekends,
- Both positions: profiles on major social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Researchgate) or readiness to set them up,

- Research Assistant: master degree in the field of economics, finance or management,
Mile widziane
- Assistant Professor: knowledge of a selected statistical program for data analysis will be advantageous,
- Assistant Professor: professional experience in finance and / or accounting will be an advantage,
- Assistant Professor: programming skills (e.g., R, Python or VBA) will be an advantage,
- Research Assistant: teaching experience will be an adventage,

Zakres obowiązków
- conducting research in the discipline of economics and finance and publishing in journals with an assigned impact factor,
- research cooperation with other employees of the Department aimed at publishing in high-profile journals,
- teaching a limited number of classes, in accordance to the position and teaching load assigned to the position, including classes in English and in Polish,
- supervision of student organizations and projects,
- performing administrative tasks as defined by the Head of the Department

- the annual amount of teaching load: 210 (research-teaching positions),
- limited number of teaching hours for research-oriented candidates,

- description of research plans for the next three years,
- certificate language or, if applicable, a declaration of knowledge of English and Polish, indicating the level of proficiency determined in accordance with the European System for the Description of Language Education
